Even if it was limited, people could still post pictures that could stretch the page. We'd have to disable that ability, too.

No, not really, but then you wouldn't be able to have map previews (when you click on the image), and any other large files appear on the site. Personally, I think some of them are worth having an extra scroll bar. But, if it were neccessary to change it, would it be possible to automatically scale the images down so it would fit on one screen?

Perhaps you can only post a certain amount of characters or images if ur rating is high enough or sumthing.

That's good. The user ratings should be more powerful than they are. And I really think that there should be a maximum of like 10 big exclamation marks in each comment.
