And where in there does it say you've taken a break? Ah well, I'm one to talk. I'm the guy that leveled his party up to level 99 on Suikoden II. An amazing feat, considering that once you hit about level 60, you're literally only getting 1 experience point per battle (it uses the 1000 exp to level system).

oohh sorry bout that, i thought i put that in there... i stopped upgrading in like febuary becuase i got worms.

yeah on FF10 i had all my characters up to lvl 99 and i have like 99 more levels i could use for my sphere grid, but my team was unbeatable anyway, id defeated Ultimate weapon, Omega weapon and the first 5 dark aeons.
Did anyone manage to collect all the ultimate weapons?
I had them all apart from Tidus's sun crest which you had to get after you defeated Lady Yunalesca. Stupid me walked out of the bloody room and if you go back in you have to Face Dark Bahamut..............got it in the end though, with a bit of luck from Yojimbo with Zanmoto

My mom does (yes, my mom plays video games, scary thought huh?). She got them all on her first time through. And she beat the game well under the maximum level (including the Omega Ruins).

I compleated way, Way under maximum level. I hadn't even gotten Ultima for Lulu or Yuna. (Yeah, Yuna was my Black mage near-ish(3rd seymore) the end of the game)

You used Yuna as a black mage? NOOOOOOOO... She was definately supposed to be a white mage silly. She had here Aeons to use for black magic.

But she was way much better at black magic than Lulu was. She did 9999 with each attack(And duoble casted) where lulu did about 3000-6000.

But then again, it's sorta useless to be able to do 9999 damage with magic spells, when you can just summon the Magus Sisters and do 99999.

I didn't get them () but It takes a while (15-20 turns) to charge up the overdrive bars.

Bahamut could do 60,000 damage though.

You didn't need to charge up the Overdrive bars. Mindy (or whoever the little one was), had a basic attack that did 99999.

i was just gonna say that...

my tidus does 99999 and has an auto haste ability+ he has already a high agility...i can do like 300000 in like 5 seconds lol

ok, anyone, has anyone played FFI and up and completed it, please tell me cos i'm trying to work my way through, i'm currently on II(I got boring) and it's very fun

I havn't beaten FFI all the way through, but I do have the origonal strategy guide from Ninteno Power (man, those were the days).
