ah.. it crashes a lot on my computer to. Between rounds, it can crash and after Starting it can crash to. I hate that. I have a XP, so i dont know if thats why.. if you minimize worms on accident (maybe tapping the windows button accidently which opens start menu) and go back in its orange.. so i just cntrl alt del it ^^

Hey i have trouble with my WWP Game where i can be playing and once it finishs loading it will close for no reason randomly or when i'm in the middle of a match it can do it to and i've tried reinstalling but no luck does anyone know what i can do or why its happining?

IIRC, there is a random crash bug that plauges WWP, and there is nothing you can do about it.

you mean there is no way to fix it?! what about using the direct x thats on the wwp cd or that doesn't stop it either?

I'm running directX 9.0b, and it still randomly crashes for me :/.

Er... no, because the files in DirectX 7.0 are also in DirectX 9.0b. And besides, I don't have a system restore before I installed 9.0b (which was months ago).

Perhaps close all programs?

Addendum: Close all programs BUT systray and explorer (if they're on your computer). If you close either one of those, your computer WILL crash. I am serious, this comes from a lot of experience closing the wrong programs in the Close Program box (you get to it by Control + Alternate Text + Delete).

I thought explorer was like internet explorer..

it is, it's all mangled into one big program. Which is the "impossible to uninstall IE" problem. And if IE crashes and it needs end-tasking, then it often end-tasks explorer as well, and restarts it. It's all a bit crazy.

Heh, I was uploading a 107MB file when I was moving BTP, and explorer (the shell bit) crashed, because of low system resources. I ended up end-tasking it and hoping it would come back, but it didn't, so I just waited another hour without a start bar, and a system dangerously on the verge of crashing.

Is that the size of btp?
My explorer doesnt ever crash my computer. It just crashes ie lots. And that doesnt even crash much. Psp8 crashes more than anything..

Oh really? When you're just using it normally or what causes it to crash? Photoshop never crashed unless you do something intensive or out-of-the-norm (I'm not saying it's perfect, just saying it has never crashed on me).

If you use the paint bucket without selecting sumthing first it crashes. Tho that's just one of the problems.

That was the size of BTP zipped (edit: in a tar.gz), without the database.
