oh well we take steps. That's why SPAZ isnt banned because he didnt do enough to be banned. He only did two things which results in a few lost priviges, tax, and lose of all money. But if he continues he probably would be banned. (LOL did you know that SPAZ lost the ability to use ficto league?)
