yep, been there once, I was just pointing out that per person it's not actually the richest (least not when those stats were taken). Any measure for the nation as a whole would tend to be affected by the huge size of america compared to other counries.

Oh and as for the foregin policy, i totally agree with the stance on iraq, i was more reffering to the fact they consider the UN an optional thought as opposed to a world disciplinary body - the koyoto protocol is the best example of this. Although there is also a charter for childrens rights that countries like somalia have signed up to but the US has not.

not especically, i just disagree with a few things with the american public - i also find that US bashing normally leads to some intelligent agrumentative conversation - at least, on most forums it does.

If the whole of the human race were to be destroyed right now, no animal would miss us. What have we put on this earth since we came? War, pullution, greed etc. We're just destroying ourselves.

Not totally correct - since we destroy them as well, all of us dying would create a huge imbalance among nature, possibly wiping out all living creatures. Human have developed techniques that allow us to get much more out of the land then nature does alone - this allows us to feed the animals and stuff on farms. The food stops and these animals are free - they look elsewhere, taking food that other animals would normally eat. I could go on and show how an imbalance of numbers among one species leaves most of them to die - but i wont bother. Go go GCSE biology if you're really bothered in seeing how it ends.

but animals have lived without us too. So they wouldn't die off.

Being American, and living in America, I can tell you the U.S. doenst suck. We have a monkey in the oval office, and we never shoul've been in Iraq in the first place, but that doesnt change the fact that I love my country. I love it enough to critique it, and point out whts fuck'd up. America is land o' the free, and to say that every house in the suberbs is the same really isnt true at all. Sides, it's not whats on the outside that counts, it's whats on the inside. HAveing said this, theres tons of numsklull nex, repubs, consrvatives, frat morons, bros, etc, etc, which give a bad image and makes us all look like morons. Example: Prez....and Ahhhhnold. But the dream ISNT the same. Everyone can do there own thing, it's just a matter of how hard you wanna work to do this. I could be a jock asshole, be shitty to anyone I dont know, and be a general bastard all around. BUt I'm not. I got th' bility to chose my own path. To say that the government is fucked...well yea, thats true to an extent...but it's better than anarchy. Communism would be kinda kool is pregression could be made...but what ever. I'm runn'n outa steam.

good point readme. But if you look at nature like the rainforests or the oceans, the animals that inhabit them don't need us (i dont think). All we do is pollute the ocean and destroy the homes of animals in forests for furniture and paper. The fish in the ocean have never needed us have they?
