Finally, I've been wanting to integrate the forums into the site for ages, and when the phpBB went down I decided to write my own. Maybe that was a little rash, it's magically repaired itself, but at least it gave me the oppurtunity to write my own forums!

They're not complete yet, they still need quite a bit of adding to. Most of the admin functions haven't been done yet, and certain other things are lacking. There's only one BBCode tag available @ the mo, and that's [ quote ] (you've gotta love it). I'll be adding sigs, avatars and ranks etc. soon, till then, you'll have to suffer without them.
Anyone interested in forum hosting might like to know that you can now make your own design for your forum as well, it just needs sending to me.

I'll leave the old forums up for a while as well, see if there's any major objections to this new one. If there's not, then yay. heh.

Edit: Sigs & Custom user statii now available, go to Edit profile on the left to get them.

hmm, seem to be having some problems with the new post markers, they were working earlier...

Ignore this, I think it works now!

You can't be sure though, it needs time to test out really. We'll see how things go.

Edit: damn, maybe they're not.

Edit: Yep, pretty sure they're not working. sigh, so difficult, hardest part of writing the forums, methinks...

must of took a long time to change the link of the forum to on every single page.

that, veggy, is where you misunderestimate the power of a simple templating system.

There's only one file that contains the menu, I just include it in every page.
