Ok zog, lay out the rules for Pixelville make over. It's going to happen so just begin now.

Colour schemes f.e.g all sidewalks (pavements) to be #XXXXXX colour.

For those that use paint, just post a preview of that colour and they can copy it into paint if they don't have any better.

C'mon, it'll look kickass. Pixelly worms included?

Zogger, you've created a craze on BTP. You started it, you gotta carry it on.

Pavement sizes (width), universal brick colour.

It only takes a bit of thought.

The only thing which could cause trouble is putting them all together so they don't overlap too much...

I think they way they do it at theat pixeldam place, is to give you a road template, just a square image with the road "diamond" on it, so it's impossible for them to overlap. They'd just cut out anything that went over the edge... There are people there that buy multiple blocks too, and make the building spread over them, like "tron", on er.. one of them....

Leasing land with pre-set roads. Simple. Well that problem has been solved. Nothing left to do but to set up a blank town to sell to people.

Then just use a slice tool to make the dividing up of land and updating it easier.
