There are an awful lot of places where there are under contruction with nothing coming in. May i suggest a system where you must fil your lot within 24 hours. With something reasonabe in the form of pixel art.

I know sum1 who has a house ready but cant get a lot becoz people have bought 2 and filled up one. I dont mean to be nasty and pick on u but for example arch, you have bought 2 and filled one with a grey box.

Other example Spaz you have 3 lots. or more.
