i dont get why those streetlights were so hard?

you just draw the outline, split into the different sections and apply an innver bebvel then use an outer glow on the yellow bit and shrink to fit.

see FAQ. Not bothered to put a link or tell u. But I will!

1. Make the sigworm!
2. Optimize it until it's under 40k.
3. If it's being used as an avatar make it 120 X 120 pixels
4. Go to upload sig.
5. Browse for your file and select it and then press upload.
6. Copy the URL address and the img endings one if ur going to use it as a presig or afta-sig.
7. Go to ur profile and paste the address/ html coding thing into which ever desired box.

If that made no sense then ask someone else more sane.
