WTF?! it's only been 10 days! other than smoking, there aren't many habits you can't stop doing for that long.

btw, I suggest you get on a patch or pill or gum or something if you wanna quit. there's an informercial for a system called "smoke away" that's supposed to work within a week. maybe you should try that.

I'm glad to see that you've decided to quit smokeing, good on you.

Mine is to finish my maths coursework, which is due in, final by friday.

Also, i'm going to stop biting my nails.
Fiddleing with blu-tack seems to help. :)
