You can't compare a sport with motors and wheels to a game with legs and balls.

i might watch football if it's an england match or world cup or something otherwise i dont care, i still support england just because thats the "home team"
i prefer rugby a lot more, more physical and interesting, and the crowd dosn't go mad and have riots in rugby

I guess it's more interesting to people who enjoy playing it. I can watch snooker, basketball, baseball, football, rugby, tennis and anything else; except Cricket!

Even golf? That'd drive me insane after about 3 seconds Oh no, Dad's watching golf, time to crank up the mp3 volume

I like to PLAY golf, but not watch it. You ever watch fishing on T.V? That'll make you worry about yourself. "Hey... I'm watching fishing... I'm not EVEN fishing, I'm watching fishing! Too lazy to fish!" And in the credits, there's like 90 people involved with the 2 guys fishing! What are they all doing? And "Film Editor..." this poor guy... he has to edit all the boring footage that's not exciting enough to make it into that final show

golf is slightly watchable, but the commentators are so bored they sgtart talking about ducks in the water trap lol.

Football is ok sometimes, depends on the team, a well matched match is better than a one sided match. Unless it's well matched to a goalless, shotless draw.

I'd rather play than watch football any day, but England were crap against the Swiss, didn't deserve 3-0 at all. Rooney's 2nd goal has been marked as an own goal - surprise, surprise ITS COS HE MISSED. I dont care ehat anyone says, a post is a miss. Looking at it objectively it was a good result for the team and not just for the stats.

You play very well yet lose to a team you should have beaten on the back of that performance. Big morale blow there. Next match you aren't playing very well but come out with a great result: Morale++. We're gonna paste croatia easily.
