the only thing to pixel art...is perfect pixel lines...and details...now as far as i can see...your lines are "perfect" but you haven't added detail yet....so once you do that....it'll be great....
oh yeah....by detail i mean....plants....windows in the door....brick on the walkway...stuff like that :)

3 hours for that?! That's about how long my houses took (maybe even less) and they're like 4 times as big.

Thats cause i constantly messed up. I'm easily frusterated.

Messed up and restarted : 2 times. Both about the roof

Once this is done, ill be a lot faster since i'll know what the hell im supposed to do more.

it also depends if he actually drew it pixel by pixel.....my house didn't take three hours....but i copied and pasted the lines from the template....i'm lazy ;)

You can always count on C1 to chime in on everyone's non-effecient attemps at doing things.

I think that's pretty good for first attempt, just look at mine, it's still a piece of rubbish. Eh... I'll work on it sometime as well.

What I do is put grey lines going across parallel to the bottom and draw 2 across. Then put some going down leaving the same sized gap for where the window would be and join them up, then get rid of the grey line. It works like a charm:)
