that would A) require a getimagesize() on every image posted, which would probably slow down the page like crazy, and B) be a bit tricky to code.

and then u take all of ht einfo from that and code it

you'll have to make many images for background, menu bits and pieces, logo, and whatever else you want to customise such as the font colours and the arrangement of stuff. I suppose you'd need a 'template' of which folders you need and which images go in which folder and a css file containing all the mumbo-jumbo about font colours and such. Actually, now I come to think of it there wouldn't be as many images as I thought there would be originally. Although I can't really think of a design which would be much different from the rest.
