No, he said he doesn't use Opera. That doesn't mean he now uses IE. My guess is Mozilla Firefox.

Yeah i like firefox now. Tho i use ie for sum things as well. I like firefox for that it's loads piece by piece. So i don't have to let the whole page load to see the posts i want.

That all depends on the site as well. Some pages may actually load faster in IE, but very few. Firefox is sure faster for reading this forum, I know that much.
