It has been out since... I think October . Also, a hint, at the beginning of the game, search the docks during the intro sequence to find a moogle (you'll understand more about it later). Talk to it to get a full HP restore. If you don't talk to this moogle now, YOU WILL NOT MAKE 100%! Failure to talk to it prevents a certain event or two from happening, and you'll only be able to finish with 99%. There, that's all I'll say on the story of FFX-2 until its UK release.
