Thanks dream. That's probably what is happening. And i wouldnt be suprised if its only like 1mbps

my sigs are never the best, there always look kinda sucky or just plain normal... i can never make the cool letters:) but who cares I like my sigs and Spaz's too

christ... it just returned 4.2mbps for me. that's the highest i've ever tested at... guess i'm doin good. my connections's suppose to be 3mbps btw.
