U grade them on how gd they are by seeing what they make and if it's gd. So if we use nebosh's way of telling if someone is gd at images, fuzzball is one of the best nameplaters compared to nebosh who has no knowledge of how to create a bg. If we use the proper method, we can tell that fuzzball is not bad but repitive and not creative at all. You do not grade people by how they compare to you. For more info on this argument, go see the comments bit on the sigs page and go to list all, that should explain some of the reasons I don't like him atm.
