How do you import images?
How do you make transparent bgs?
How do you create text?
How do you add music?
How do you draw in the program?
How do you make the best quality save?
How do you create pre-loaders?


Hmm, if i think of any other questions to add i'll tell u. I know a few/most of those but i think many people don't know the answers.

Ok, thanks for the qeustions. Oh and I'm working with fireworks mx and not flash mx. preloaders are not possible in mfmx.

add more frames psymon. more and more and more. and the more you add, you could decrease the amoun tof time its displayed for. making therefore more fps like in a game this will make it smoother.

So just have a frame that lasts for 4 seconds saying 'Loading...', by then it should be ok :P

thats actually a good ideq you know. With a large animation. On a 56k a long lasting loading frame tells u its coming and allows the modem to gather the rest so by the time the loading screen has changed, you have the full animation and its not stuttery.

What about advance techinques like how Do I make cool smoke effects?blood? or bullet time effects on bullets?
How do I export a picture to Flash so that it's useable (I tried it once but it made the toolbars dissaper)
