He had like 300 credits and 15000+ hits, when you laod a btp page you are given 0,02 credits. when you laod profile you are given a hit. Maybe he loaded his profile page 15000 times (0,02 * 15000 = 300), with a program/plugin (i saw some, this exists).

I've tried something similar earlier today. I opened 50 pages of linkedit.php(it loads faster than other pages) and set them to reload every second. This resulted in me getting around 500 hits in a few minutes:)
