I think it was by someone who is a respected memeber. I have an idea who it is but I won't say anything. Most likely he wanted to undo a droped rating because he was rated down for a stupid reason by a stupid user.... Much like The Pope, I do not like it when poeple make more than one account. Particularly on dynamic IPs, whereby people in hte same area may well have the same IP at signup. that .:666:. one is a multiple one tho I think - I noticed they had rated some files down to 1. I'm pretty sure cyrax and the other lot that have posted on the forum are just 3 people that know each other, but I don't know about the ones that haven't posted.
